2 Ingredient Crockpot Chicken
1 lb chicken breast
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
seasonings: 1/2 tbsp cumin + 1/2 tbsp chili
toss tomatoes + raw chicken breast into a crockpot with seasonings. cook on low for ~7 hours. shred when tender or about an hour before eating to let the juices soak in. once ready; add brown rice, beans, lettuce or peppers for an ultimate burrito bowl; fill up your favorite taco shells; or use it for your next homemade pizza topping. works great for leftover meals as well!
