Soup for Your Soul
INGREDIENTS

1.5 lbs of chicken bone broth

2-3 chicken breasts

1 celery bunch
-
1 bag whole carrots
-
1/2 yellow onion
-
5 fresno peppers
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
1 bag/box of pasta noodles

sesonings: italian, turmeric, black pepper, dash of chilli powder, red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
cut veggies to preferred size. add 1lb of broth + 2lbs of water into a large pot. add seasonings + all vegetables to the pot + cook stovetop on high for 45minutes, stirring occasionally. after, reduce heat to a low simmer (~160 degrees), add chicken, cover + cook for another 30-40 minutes. then shred chicken, add remaining broth/water if needed, bring to a boil + add noodles cooking per instructions on the box. let rest for 5 minutes + enjoy!
