Service Description

Keep yourself accountable from home! Join myself and other like-minded individuals for a virtual workout session designed to build strength and endurance. I will offer modifications and individual coaching as needed throughout each session. Light weights or a kettlebell recommended for this class but body weight modifications can be made if needed. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

To reschedule or cancel, please contact at least 24 hours in advanced. Otherwise, this will result in the loss of your session. All packages expire 1 month after start of plan.
